Privacy and content rules

What we show

Your name, major, study year, bio, skills, achievements and published projects are visible to signed-in students, faculty members and recruiters. Visitors who are not signed in see only featured project cards.

Your email address is never shown to other users. Student ID numbers, national ID numbers and phone numbers are not collected. Recruiters and faculty reach you through Mawhiba messages.

Your work stays yours

Everything you upload remains your intellectual property. Mawhiba only displays it. You can edit or delete your projects at any time, and deleted files are removed from storage.

What you may upload

Upload only work you created or contributed to, and name your teammates in the description. Do not upload other people's personal data, patient information, exam material or anything you do not have the right to share. Faculty validation means a faculty member confirmed the work; do not claim validation you did not receive.

Reports and moderation

Anyone can report a profile, project or opportunity. Administrators review every report and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Recommendations

Mawhiba suggests opportunities and students by comparing listed skills and project technologies with an opportunity's requirements. Suggestions are a starting point only and are never the sole reason a student is excluded from a list.

Use of student data

Student data is used to run the platform. Any other use, such as research, requires prior approval from the university and the students concerned.
